Implement language translations on the main web site. 
 
Currently started languages are: 
French, German and Spanish 
 
Currently assigned languages are: 
Dutch: Pieter Lenaerts (e-type) 
 
This has the potential to be a never ending bug.  I'm wondering if it should be 
broken up into multiple bugs, based on language.

Multiple bugs might be a good idea, perhaps even further sub-divided into pages
to be translated for each language.
