patching file gears.pp
Using gcc version: 4.0.3
Installing in dir: /usr/src/GearHead
gearhead    1.001
Error: ppc386 can't be executed, error message: Failed to execute ppc386 : 127
 ! Problem Detected !

Clearly this is an error within gearhead. It tries to execute ppc386 and it 
fails with error 127. I didn't find ppc386 anywhere in the gearhead sources.

Acctually the problem is in the fpc spell. Can you try cast -r fpc and say yes
to install sources question.

I'm closing this as fixed... the prob was in fpc and that was fixed...

Reopened till the fix in test comes to stable-rc 0.5
