I made some new perl-cpan spells so I could right some programs.  Most of these
spells were generated with a simple shell script, some templates,and data files,
and may be incomplete, tho they installed fine on my system.  I had to upgrade
io-stringy and lwp to get some of them to work, and I dont know if that broke
anything else yet.  Cheers.

guessing from the submission date, I guess these are incomplete with regards to 
tracking, as we discussed yesterday. Please submit the fixed ones.

Sorry about that.  I guess I still have a little bit to learn about writing
spells.  These new spells track the files, and also include a few other fixes,
though I would probably still consider them incomplete.  I have submitted the
spells in complete form because I accidently deleted the originals from my
computer.  Thanks for the help.

This bug is going to be closed as it is very likely no longer relevant or needed. Before taking on this bug the last update was roughly a decade ago. In that time no further updates have been made and this ticket did not prove vital or needed beyond the initial submission for inclusion.

As such, this ticket is being marked as RESOLVED:WONTFIX.

If the original reporter, or anyone else for that matter, would like this spell to be included, please either (1) reopen this ticket annotating need is still relevant, or (2) submit a new bug with updated spell files/information.
