How recent is your sorcery? dbus has an UP_TRIGGERS file to take care of these, 
but unless you updated recently, you don't have a working show_up_depends and 
the UP_TRIGGERS did nothing.

This should be fixed by recent cups version updates. If something like this 
occurs I'll reopen.
