I get this error message when starting dbus.

Unknow group stb-admin in message bus configuration

yeah I had this same message seems we either need to provide system tools
backend with a different group when it installs it's dbus configs or we need to
have system tools backend make a group stb-group.

This now applies to stable grimoire (0.22).
