Scribus will not compile without CUPS installed. After building and installing 
CUPS, Scribus builds fine.

forgot to tick the OS drop down for Linux

added depends cups in test 0.11 using

commit 8e1f95219b551300e3462e9f338538f44772e952

Closing, now fixed in the stable-0.11 tarball.
