The argtable library is a library for parsing gnu style command lines.

added to test, thanks. Nice work, I could nitpick on just one thing (just one!
 :)) - when creating spells, the initial HISTORY entry should mention the 
created files, so that hypothetically the state of the spell could be read from 
HISTORY and without consulting git.
