Emacs fails to compile on a pure x86_64 system, complaining that there is "No rule to make target `/usr/lib64/crt1.o', needed by `temacs'."

The reason seams to be that there is no check for lib64 in the emacs-21-amd64.diff patch. The STARTFILES and LIB_STANDARD vars are always set to /usr/lib64/ on x86_64. When changing this to /usr/lib/ it installed without errors.
