procps will fail to install unless you happen to have the old tarball.  The new
version is 3.0.4.

The new BUILD file will be attached, as it needs modifying.  Also, the following
files may be removed:

procps.patch
01-01-procps-2.0.7-intl.patch

Fixed in both devel and test now.

Almost done.  ;)  Once this cleanup is finished, we won't have to go through
this again, it will be individual reports later on.
