cdrtools does not have an install log. it should, sorcery complains.

This is typical of _all_ (IIRC) meta-spells.  I will be fixing this at a later
date by removing the cdrtools metaspell, moving cdrutils to cdrtools, and then
having cdrtools and dvdrtools both provide cd-burn-driver, and change the spells
which depend on cdrtools (xcdroast, gcombust, etc.) to depend on cd-burn-driver
instead.

I'll leave this open as a reminder (and to remind me what I want to do ;)) so I
don't forget and people can bug me (or add helpfull comments :)).
