The update_tool script in guru-tools is broken as it is no longer downloading
the source files.

it's summon now, but that script does not appear to be working anymore, at 
least not for me they way i expect it. Fixed anyway, of course.

well, might have closed it too fast, does anyone still (want to) use this? It 
is in need of more fixes than just the summon thing.

It needs to be brought up to date. It's still a problem, just more general.

quill now handles updating spells too and much more competently than upspell or 
update_spell. Will remove them from guru-tools once 0.2 is out and then close 
this.
