I'm assuming a version update on the spell works and integrating to stable asap.

Unable to test myself as I don't own a speedtouch, but I assume more would have
been said if a simple version upgrade didn't work.  I test compiled and
dispelled it, and all seemed to work there.

closing fixed bugs
